Cancellation & No-Show

I require a credit card on file to secure all appointment bookings. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through my trusted booking software.

FOR HAIRCUT APPOINTMENTS:

Your credit card on file will be processed for 50% of the cost of your haircut for any changes and cancellations of the 72 hour window (anything after 11am will be processed). If you no call / no-show your haircut appointment, your card on file be will processed for 100% the cost of your appointment.

FOR COLOR APPOINTMENTS:

You will forfeit your 50% non-refundable deposit for your color service, for any changes. You will have 1 reschedule available to you if needed. If you no call / no-show / cancel your color service on the same day as your appointment, your credit card on file will be processed for the remaining 50% the cost of your appointment.

FOR RECURRING APPOINTMENTS:

Your credit card on file will be processed for 50% of the cost of your haircut for any changes and cancellations of the 72 hour window (anything after 11am will be processed). If you no call / no-show your haircut appointment, your card on file be will processed for 100% the cost of your appointment.

Color Consent Form

The Color Consent Form is to ensure the salon/clients understand all agreements/guarantees. Please fill out the Color Consent Form before every appointment. You will be able to find the link in your reminder texts and emails.

In-Person Color Consultations

All new color clients are required to have an in person consultation before scheduling a color service. If you are 15 minutes late or no call/no show your free color consultation, your credit card on file will be process $50. Your card on file will be process $50 for late cancellations of the 72 hour window (anything after 11am will be charged)

Color Appointment Deposit

All color service appointments are required to pay 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling your color service. You will forfeit your 50% non-refundable deposit for your color service, for any changes (such as changing your color appointment to a haircut appointment..etc). You will have 1 reschedule available to you if needed. If you no call / no-show / cancel your color service on the same day as your appointment, your credit card on file will be processed for the remaining 50% the cost of your appointment.

Adjustments

Please review my guarantees & agreements below;

  • If you are unsatisfied with your hair, I'm happy to make the appropriate adjustments up to 1 week after your appointment, however we do not offer refunds for any services.

  • Please contact me immediately to schedule an adjustment. I will not offer an adjustment for any service after one week of the initial service.

  • Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.

  • Chemical services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from our salon directly.

  • I will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

  • If your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting, or if you have box color present in the hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-step color agreement
